On Jan. 29, Freedom Foundation attorneys filed three lawsuits in two different states on behalf of public-sector employees whose names were forged on union membership documents and who had union dues taken from their paychecks without their consent.
The three new lawsuits — two in Washington and one in Oregon — bring the total to five forgery lawsuits the Freedom Foundation is fighting on behalf of public employees who do not want their paychecks to be pilfered by union bosses for causes they do not support.
The other two ongoing lawsuits are in Washington and California.
Freedom Foundation attorney Rebekah Millard explained this disturbing pattern of criminal behavior on the “Lars Larson Show.”
